The The Grange and Pyramids Shopping Centre is located in the heart of Birkenhead Town Centre.
The impressive glass front of the two main entrances to the indoor mall, and distinctive flags on the exterior walls, make it easy to find weather you are making your way by car, via public transport or on foot.
The handy bus station which backs onto the Grange area of the Shopping Centre, offers very easy access on bus, while visitors arriving by train will find the Birkenhead Central Station just a few minutes walk away.
By car...
Thanks to the Birkenhead tunnel, and its sister, the Wallasy Tunnel, access by car to the Wirral and Birkenhead is extremely easy.
If you are approaching the centre from Liverpool, follow signs through the city to the Birkenhead Tunnel. On emerging on the other side, follow the road round the flyover after the toll plaza towards Birkenhead town centre.
Drivers should then follow the signs to the Pyramids Shopping Centre which can be seen from the first roundabout after the toll plaza.
Visitors traveling from other parts of the Wirral, or beyond, should take the M53 towards Junction 3 and follow the A552 for approximately 3 miles towards Birkenhead. The The Grange and Pyramids Shopping Centre can then be found on the left hand side of Borough Road.
By bus...
Birkenhead Bus Station can be found towards the back of the Grange part of the Shopping Centre. A short walk through The Grange will bring you to the St John Square entrance of the Pyramids area of the Shopping Centre.
Bus Services to the Bus Station are operated by a number of companies who service all areas of Merseyside, and the North West.

By train...
Birkenhead Central Train Station is located on the opposite side of Borough Road to the The Grange and Pyramids Shopping Centre. There are numerous pedestrian crossings along Borough Road to allow customers to cross the main road safely.
MerseyRail operates four services an hour from Liverpool to Birkenhead, including Sundays.
There is a service between Birkenhead and Chester & Ellesmere Port.
